What’s Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
- The main frame, motor, controller and battery pack as specified in your product’s warranty terms.
Warranty Period
Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery. Coverage length varies by component — please refer to your product page or the documentation included with your order for the exact terms.
How to Claim
- Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide photos or a short video showing the defect.
- Our team will assess the claim and arrange the appropriate resolution — repair, replacement or parts.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, grips and other consumable parts).
- Damage caused by riding beyond the product’s rated conditions.
