When do I get my order?

Your order leaves our EU warehouse within 24–48 hours and arrives in 3–7 business days for France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Spain. Tracking goes out by email the moment the parcel is scanned.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. During the sale, standard shipping is free to FR / DE / NL / IT / ES with no minimum spend. There are no customs duties to pay — stock is already inside the EU.

How can I pay?

Our encrypted checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and UnionPay. All prices shown include VAT. We do not store your card details.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit my commute?

Yes — 14 days to change your mind from the delivery date, plus a 2-year warranty on the frame, battery and controller. Spare parts are stocked in the EU, repairs are handled locally.

Can I register it where I live?

ABE-certified models (G7 500W, N5, N8, J5) ride legally on German roads. DGT-certified models (R7, S7, D7) are registered for Spanish roads. Every scooter ships limited to the legal 25 km/h where required.

What happens if the sale sells out?

Batches are limited and prices revert afterwards. If a model goes out of stock during the sale you can still order it at the sale price on back-order — we email you the restock date within one business day.

How long do the reduced prices last?

The reduced prices run until 15 November 2026 while stock lasts. After the promotion ends we return to our regular prices.

How do I use the coupon code on each deal?

Every deal on this page has its own code — for example 26BFR725 on the R7. Add the model to your cart, open the cart, paste the code into the discount code field and press apply. The price drops to the “after code” price shown on the product page. One code per order, valid 19 November – 3 December 2026, no minimum spend.

Why does the page show one price and another one "after code"?

The first price is the sale price. The code takes an extra amount off at checkout, so the “after code” price is what you actually pay. Both include VAT and free shipping to 12 EU countries — nothing is added at the last step, and there are no customs duties because stock is already inside the EU.
