The L3 is a four-wheel mobility scooter that folds. It has a padded seat with armrests, a plaid fabric basket on the tiller and two 250 W motors under the deck. It reaches 18 km/h in three steps, covers up to 50 km on a 36 V 18 Ah battery, and folds into a 360 mm-wide package that goes in the boot of a normal car.

Built around balance, not speed
Four wheels change how a scooter behaves. The L3 sits on two 10-inch front wheels and two 8-inch rear wheels, with the battery and motors kept low between the axles, so the centre of gravity stays under the seat rather than over the handlebars. The result is a scooter you can stop on a slope, park with the handbrake and step off without the frame tipping.
Two 250 W brushless motors drive the rear wheels, giving 500 W combined and a 15° climbing limit. Power comes through a speed lever on the right grip, with three gears at 6, 12 and 18 km/h, a reverse switch, a horn and an LCD panel that shows battery level and the selected gear.

The tiller carries the LED headlight, the LCD display and the basket within arm's reach. The seat is a big chair with a padded backrest, flip-up armrests and a swivel base, so you can get on and off from the side. Height adjusts without tools.

Folding it, in four steps
- Park on flat ground, switch the key to OFF and lift the seat off its bracket.
- Pull the large red ball on the right side of the frame to release the folding lock.
- Fold the frame forward until it latches; the tiller can be dropped to its lowest height with the quick-release handle.
- Pull the folded frame by the tiller — it rolls on its own wheels.

Important notes
- Maximum load 150 kg / 330 lb. Do not carry a passenger or stand on the tiller.
- Not a medical device. The L3 is a personal mobility aid for getting around; it is not intended to diagnose, treat or compensate for a medical condition.
- Not a road vehicle. Check local rules before using it on pavements, cycle paths or roads. Wear a helmet where required and use the lights after dark.
- Not for children. The manufacturer sets a minimum age of 14 and recommends adult supervision below that.
- Keep it dry. Do not ride through standing water, and never pressure-wash the frame, motor hubs or battery compartment.
- Battery care. Charge between 0 and 40 °C, store the pack dry, and top it up at least once a month if the scooter is not in use.
