SUNNIGOO N8 is a folding electric scooter for adults that gets the everyday ride right. A 650W brushless hub motor with 1200W peak output and a 48V 18Ah battery deliver up to 50 km per charge, while a 20 km/h factory speed setting keeps it inside the German eKFV limit.
What German Law Requires Before You Ride
An ABE (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) is the type approval an e-scooter needs under the German eKFV before it may be used on public roads, and it is what insurers and the police look for. It is issued for a specific vehicle type and trade name and cannot be carried over from one model to another. We are checking this model against the KBA register of issued ABEs and will publish the confirmed ABE number and trade name here.

Power, modes and range
The N8 runs 650W continuous with 1200W of peak output for hills and quick overtakes. Eco and Sport modes stretch the 48V 18Ah (864 Wh) pack as far as it will go; the most efficient setting returns up to 50 km on flat ground with a moderate rider. Expect that figure to drop with a heavy rider, cold weather, steep terrain or sustained climbing — that is normal for any electric scooter.

- The N8 leaves the factory set to 20 km/h, in line with EU and German eKFV road-use rules. Do not change this setting if you intend to ride on public roads.
- Maximum payload 100 kg. IP56 rated for rain and splashes — never submerge the scooter or clean it with a pressure washer.
- Always wear a helmet and check your local regulations before riding. Charge only with the supplied charger.
