1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website sunnigoo.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of products from sunnigoo shop ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Products & Descriptions

We sell electric bicycles, electric scooters, and related accessories. We work to display product images, specifications, and descriptions accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, and we may improve or update products; specifications, components, and firmware may change without prior notice. Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, an pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. Contract formation occurs when we send a shipping confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the Site are in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Safe Use & Local Regulations (Important)

Our e-bikes and e-scooters are capable of significant speed and carry inherent risk. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and will supervise any younger users;
You are responsible for checking and complying with local laws regarding helmets, minimum age, maximum power/speed limits, insurance, and where e-bikes/e-scooters may be ridden;
Some products may require registration, licensing, or homologation in certain countries or regions before use on public roads;
You will read the user manual, use appropriate safety equipment, and never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Riding carries risk of injury; you ride at your own risk and are responsible for the safe operation, charging, and storage of the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with the use of the products, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.

6. Battery Safety

Products contain lithium-ion batteries. Follow the manufacturer's charging and storage instructions. Do not charge unattended for extended periods, do not expose batteries to extreme heat or water, and stop using any battery that is swollen, damaged, or overheating. Battery abuse voids the warranty and may create fire risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, and software — is the property of sunnigoo shop or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sunnigoo shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights, including those under EU/UK consumer law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sunnigoo shop, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or the products, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. Where EU consumers are involved, you may also rely on the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
