Return & Exchange Requirements

To ensure a smooth and fast process, please make sure your return meets the following conditions:

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid order number, receipt, or invoice.

Condition: Items must be in pristine, unused condition and packed in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and complimentary gifts.

Tags & Labels: All product tags and labels must remain completely intact with no signs of tampering or alteration.

Important Note: Unauthorized returns or Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted. Please contact our support team before sending any items back.

1. 3-5 workdays for near areas from overseas warehouse in EU & USA Warehouse.

2. 5-7 workdays for remote areas from overseas warehouse in EU & USA Warehouse.

3. Standard Electric Scooter in China can ship in 7days.

4. OEM Bulk Electric Scooter can ship in 20-30days.
