Shipping Methods
Our official store and distributors all work with DHL, DPD, UPS, and GLS shipping companies for our deliveries. We’ll send the shipping information to our customers by email as soon as the shipping is started, including the shipping date, the tracking number, and the tracking site.

EU & French Deliveries — Statutory Terms
Maximum delivery period
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the goods must be delivered no later than thirty (30) days after conclusion of the contract. If delivery has not occurred by that deadline, you may request cancellation of the order and obtain a full refund within fourteen (14) days.
Transfer of risk
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only upon physical delivery of the goods to you or to a third party you have designated. Until then, we bear the entire risk during transport. If a parcel arrives damaged, notify us and we will handle the claim with the carrier — you are never required to pursue the carrier yourself.
Duties, taxes and landed cost
- All our shipments to EU countries are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): import VAT and customs duties are settled by us and included in the price you pay.
- No additional customs fees, handling fees or import charges will be requested from you upon delivery.
- For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes, if any, remain payable by the recipient.
Carriers and service levels
- We ship from our EU warehouses with DHL, DPD, UPS and GLS.
- All international orders are dispatched with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
- Free shipping is offered on a minimum order value displayed during checkout.
Coverage and restrictions
We deliver to all EU countries except Cyprus, Malta and certain remote islands that our carriers do not serve. Bulky items such as electric scooters may be subject to additional restrictions imposed by certain island territories. It is therefore our responsibility to bear the return cost of items that cannot be delivered.
Delayed or incomplete delivery
If your parcel is delayed, please contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed. Where the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or refund it in full, at your choice.
