Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern all sales concluded on sunnigoo.shop between HK ZEROTRACK INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and you, the buyer. Full contractual terms are set out in the French version: Conditions Générales de Vente.

1. Parties and scope

The seller is HK ZEROTRACK INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, Room 04N1, 2/F, Wing Hing Industrial Building, 83-93 Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong — Business Registration Number BR 78478378.

These terms apply without restriction to all sales concluded with non-trading buyers (consumers) on sunnigoo.shop.

2. Products

The electric scooters and e-bikes offered comply with applicable European regulations, including standard EN 15194 for electrically power-assisted cycles. Models whose maximum assisted or motor speed exceeds 25 km/h are intended for use on private land only and must not be used on French public roads. The buyer remains responsible for complying with local traffic law.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. For shipments to European Union countries, prices include value added tax and are settled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: import VAT and customs duties are included, with no additional charges due on delivery.

4. Order

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. The sale is formed upon our confirmation. In the event of unavailability after ordering, we inform you and refund you promptly.

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered within the time stated in our Shipping Policy, and in any event within thirty (30) days (Article L.216-1, French Consumer Code). Beyond that period, you may request cancellation and obtain a full refund within fourteen (14) days.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you only upon physical delivery of the goods; we bear the entire transport risk.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have fourteen (14) days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason. Refund is made within fourteen (14) days of notification. See our Right of Withdrawal page.

7. Legal warranties

You benefit free of charge from the two-year legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq., French Consumer Code, Directive (EU) 2019/771) and from the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq., French Civil Code). These are neither limited nor replaced by any commercial warranty. See our Warranty Policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in respect of consumers.

9. Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

EU consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, whose mandatory consumer protection law applies. Under Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (Regulation (EU) No 524/2013).
