Right of Withdrawal

The principle

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days of taking physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

How to exercise it

Send an unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw, by email to lemon@hzneighbor.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory. Please include your order number.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days after being informed of your decision.
The refund is made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, at no cost to you.
We may defer the refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return the goods within fourteen (14) days of informing us of your withdrawal.

Condition of the goods and costs

You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
Return shipping costs for a simple withdrawal remain your responsibility.
Where the return is due to a defect, damage in transit or our error, we bear the full return cost.
Your rights are unaffected where the goods are defective, damaged or not as described.

Practical procedure

Contact us at lemon@hzneighbor.com with your order number.
Our customer service provides you with the applicable return address.
Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals, properly packed.
Send us the tracking number and tracking link within seven (7) days; otherwise the request may be treated as expired.
